Time Out
It's been a long time since I've taken the time to write a thought or two. I"ve been lost inside myself these days and it's been hard to put my thoughts into words without hurting those I love the most. These days I think it's best if I keep things to myself and pray that better days are around the corner. I believe God wouldn't give me more than he thought I could handle and he should know so I guess I have to look on the bright side and know things will get better.
On Easter Sunday we are expecting some very special visitors from Utah for dinner along with some additional visitors from New York. All in all it should be a great day and I am looking forward to it. Unfortunately my children are going to be with their father now so they won't be here with us but they usually aren't on Easter Sunday since it's his holiday. I hate divorce it messes up the best things in life.
I guess I'm feeling a little tired tonight so I am going to call it a night and try to get back to you soon. HOpefully I will get back to writing more and more every day.

- I am a mother of three children adult children two have completed college and one is just starting. I am truly proud of the three of them and all of their accomplishments. I won't pat myself on the back for the way they turned out but I am glad I made a difference n their lives. Now is the time for me to do a little for myself. I have decided to try my hand at what I have always wanted to do, writing. I have always written poetry and left in my drawer for my eyes only but my husband, of seven years now, has given me the confidence to show my writing to the world, even if it's one person at a time. I have started writing a short story but now it's taken on a life of it's own and I am nearing the end of my first novel. At 51 years old I am about to rediscover myself. Sounds like fun!
